I did not receive my product because they miss writing and Nina is a very disrespectful person, at the end of it telling me that am Crazy. So I lost the product .

thanks for the feedback.. we sent more than 1000 parcels a day , never happended this problem , from others customers feedback also can know the products is top rank .
the order order in Dec.3rd,next day already delivery to customers agent warehouse, been sent TRACKING number and pic on time and remind customer send to his China warehouse, after 3 months, customer said his agent no found the parcel, that period in our Chinese new year holiday, we already try our best to contact his warehuouse, and get the delivery proof from courier and with his warehouse stamp on the parcel. his warehouse also confirm delivery out to his country , and if his warehouse mistake in the shipping mark sending and no question while delivery , we will not handle it. and we just give the FRIENDLY remind next time must ask his warehouse mention clearly to avoid mistake by other supplier. That s all the truth ,,,,,
